Warranty

Covers any product purchased directly from Infomir for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated, if the product fails to function properly, arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item.

Every shipment is fully insured. In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, we will provide replacements at no cost to the customer. If no replacements are available, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to ask for a photo of the damage.

Returns that are not authorized will not be processed or shipped back to the sender.

Items returned must be shipped in their original packaging, with no missing parts or stickers.

This warranty, like the manufacturer’s warranty, does not cover lightning strikes, power surges, or physical damage to the product, unless it was shipped from us damaged.

Only applies to the original purchaser.

Before returning a product, any return must be authorized and an RMA number obtained. No returns will be accepted for reasons other than non-functioning, incorrectly shipped items, or initial damage. Please send an email to e.malyarov@infomir.com to request a return authorization.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and there are no return shipping labels provided.
