The MAG520w3 is a powerful media player, driven by an ARM Cortex-A53 CPU and an Amlogic S905X2 chipset.

Thanks to its hardware, the STB is 25% more efficient than earlier MAG devices and there’s certainly no need for users to worry about having to restart the media player every few episodes when enjoying their favorite television series.

The most recent video formats, like 4K HDR, are supported at 60 frames per second. The H.265 (HEVC) video codec ensures uninterrupted playback even with a slow internet connection. A captivating listening experience is provided by the eight-channel Dolby Digital Plus™ surround sound system.

The MAG520w3 has built-in Wi-Fi and a tethered 100 Mbit/s Ethernet port for connecting to the internet. With its USB 3.0 and 2.0 connections, the device supports external peripherals such as a mouse and keyboard.
